Excessive Sweating

Sweat glands require a nerve impulse to activate. Without this stimulation, they won't secrete. By injecting Botox into problem areas such as underarms hands and feets, the related nerve impulse is prevented from reaching the sweat gland. This, in turn, should stop sweat production for approximately 5 to 10 months. This treatment has a much lower complication rate than other more invasive surgical procedures and individuals can immediately return to normal activities.
